💼 Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Engineering to lead our product engineering team, set overall technology strategy and contribute to and manage its execution.You will have a deep understanding of SaaS platforms, blockchain technologies, and Web3 ecosystems. You will be responsible for driving innovation, overseeing the development of our technology stack, and ensuring the scalability and security of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy:Â Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business goals and drives innovation in the Web3 space.
- Leadership:Â Lead and mentor a small team of engineers to foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.
- Product Development:Â Oversee the design, development, and deployment of our SaaS platform, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality, scalability, and security.
- Blockchain Integration: Drive the integration of blockchain technologies into our platform, including NFTs, smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and tokenization. You will be familiar with Ethereum, Polygon, Base and Ordinals.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and compliance of our technology infrastructure, dev ops, data protection, data storage and encryption.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Â Work closely with the CEO and product engineers to build a collaborative workplace ensuring technology initiatives align with business objectives.
- Innovation:Â Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our business and driving their adoption where appropriate.
